Please refer to the terms of participation when selecting valid travel dates.  If you do not select valid dates you will be notified in writing that you must resubmit your travel dates and this will delay your travel plans.  We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred destination and one of your selected travel dates, however we may on occasion offer alternative dates and/or destinations where necessary.  A reservation agent will contact you 30-45 days prior to your first travel date to review your travel options; if we are unable to confirm your first travel date you will be notified of this in writing.  Travel must be completed by the expiration date on your offer
