1.      Please read the terms of participation associated with your promotion before registering.  These can be found on the back of your certificate and will include the correct number for you to contact us at regarding your promotional offer.  General inquiries should be directed to our customer service department at 954 525 1777.

2.      Once we receive your registration coupon, a reservation request form will be sent to you. You should receive this form within 10-14 business days. If you do not receive the form you should contact customer service at (954) 525-1777 for assistance.

3.      When you receive your reservation request form, you must select valid travel dates according to the terms and conditions of your offer. All dates must be valid in order for Spirit to check availability.  Spirit cannot select dates for you.  If you need assistance in selecting valid travel dates you may contact customer service at (954) 525-1777.

4.      Reservations are confirmed approximately 30-45 days in advance. You will be notified by mail about 30 days prior to your selected travel date as to whether we are able to confirm the date or not. If we are unable to confirm the date, you will receive a notice which offers you three choices. 1. You may choose to continue with the next choice travel date which you selected, this will appear on the form. 2. You may choose to change the next choice travel date, you would make this change on the form. 3. You may elect to discontinue the reservation process and receive a refund of your deposit; you would mark the box on the form. The form then needs to be returned to us and we will move forward with your selection. We cannot continue with the next step until we receive this form back from you.

6.      If we are able to confirm your travel date we will mail you a tentative confirmation letter. This letter will invoice you for any payments that are your responsibility such as hotel taxes, airline taxes, etc. You need to remit this form with payment within 14 days in order to receive confirmation.

7.      Upon receipt of your tentative confirmation, reservations are confirmed and payment is sent to the vendor. Documents are issued and any changes at this point would result in change fees and or cancellation penalties. You should receive a confirmation call or documents at least 14 days prior to your departure date. If you have not heard from us please contact us at (954) 525-1777. Many times we cannot reach you and we may need to verify contact information.

       8.  Once you have completed your travel, please contact us to receive your refund.
