You should receive your date selection form within 10-14 business days after we receive your coupon. If you DO NOT receive this form please contact

Spirit Incentives at the number above. Our customer service department will verify your mailing address and send you a new one. 

 

You will hear from us via mail regarding availability of your date selection approximately 30-45 days prior to the selected date. If you DO NOT hear from us, please contact Spirit Incentives at the number above. 

You must follow the terms and conditions of your specific offer. Your dates are not entered and availability is not checked until all selected dates meet the proper criteria.  

You must be able to meet the terms and conditions prior to the expiration date

of your offer.  

 

Your deposit is refunded once travel is complete by calling the above number and selecting the refund deposit option. You may request and receive a refund of your deposit at any time during the process if you wish to cancel the offer. 

You MAY receive a refund of your deposit if your date is not available.

(This does not apply to all offers.) If you receive a refund of your deposit but wish to continue with your next requested travel date, simply return the check and mark

 the “continue with next travel date option”.
